We met in our last year of university, both circling the same question — why does eating well have to mean eating less of what you love?
In a world full of pressure — work, beauty standards, the ones you quietly set for yourself — dessert had been demoted to something you earned, or apologised for. We wanted it back, unconditionally.
So we started in a rented kitchen with a single batch tub, a borrowed thermometer, and a stubborn rule: zero added sugar, or it didn't ship. We tested monk fruit against erythritol, inulin against allulose. We failed for months. Then one batch came out smooth, slow-melt, no aftertaste — and we knew.
Today Autumn Scoop's every flavor still starts with local Thai ingredients and the same rule — no added sugar, no preservatives, no shortcuts.
